Founded in 2013, Craig McKay Legal was established with a simple goal: to provide high-quality legal services with a personal approach. Free from the constraints often associated with large law firms, Craig McKay Legal delivers practical, responsive and cost-effective legal solutions tailored to the needs of individuals, families and businesses.
Craig brings extensive experience across a broad range of legal matters, with a strong background in commercial litigation, dispute resolution and business law. Known for his pragmatic approach and clear advice, he works closely with clients to achieve outcomes that are both commercially sensible and strategically sound.
Throughout his career, Craig has advised individuals, small businesses and large organisations alike. His experience includes providing legal support to major corporate projects, including a full-time secondment to the Adelaide Desalination Plant joint venture partners. Equally, he has assisted countless clients with family law, estate planning, business matters and disputes, building long-standing relationships founded on trust, transparency and results.
Before being admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor, Craig successfully operated his own business and worked within the community legal sector. This practical business experience provides him with a unique understanding of the challenges faced by business owners and individuals alike. By embracing modern technology and efficient business practices, Craig McKay Legal is able to deliver high-quality legal services without the overheads typically associated with larger firms.
